I RARELY submit reviews, but this company has made such a negative impact on us, that I hope people will see they should NEVER use this company. I currently have American Home Shield and this company was sent to do a second inspection on our HVAC. The physical paperwork we received from Relaxed Heating and Air stated the HVAC (which is over 40 years old) needs to be replaced. When I contacted American Home Shield they claimed Relaxed Heating and Air stated it was damaged due to a sprinkler next to the condensing unit and they would not replace the unit because it is not "normal wear and tear". When I contacted Relaxed Heating and Air they stated when they spoke to American Home Shield "OVER THE PHONE" they stated it could "possibly" be the sprinkler which caused the water damage to the unit. When I asked the supervisor of Relaxed Heating and Air if he was 100% sure the sprinkler system caused the damage, he continued to say "possibly". The report that was given to us on the day of inspection clearly stated that the unit was in fact VERY old and needed to be replaced. If the sprinkler was in fact the issue, why was it not stated in the written report? Do not use this business, they apparently only look out for the company who contracts them out or themselves. I have already submitted to the BBB about this company AND American Home Shield.
