Never has my mother been so ripped off by a salesman than this location. First, my mother is a very hard working woman who barely has any money for gifts during Christmas let alone get diamonds for her first daughter in law. She had gone by herself to the mall and been coaxed by a salesmen named Ali at this location.
My mother has explicitly asked if she can come back and exchange the earrings she had bought and "Ali" had said of course no problem to the exchanges and returns. However, unknowingly he had given my mother his word and distracted her with the receipt to sign a no return and no exchange policy.
When I returned to the store with my mother we spoke to the manager mike giaba. Who could not assist us for the same day purchase because the receipt that was signed. There are crooks and there are people that rob the elderly, this is that type of a location that does both.
This is a very soul less sales team that had robbed my mom of the joy of purchasing jewelry for here first daughter in law. Would never recommend anyone one to purchase their jewelry from here. In fact I will file a complaint with the better business bureau too.
