Joe was quick to give me a quote and pleasant enough on the phone so I hired him to sealcoat my driveway. I asked him before he showed up if I needed to pressure wash my driveway. He assured me his price included all prep work. I was at work while he sealed my driveway and noticed on the cameras that he only used a leaf blower and broom to clean the driveway. I texted him about it but he wouldn't respond so I called him and he said that was how he normally prepped driveways and assured me I wouldn't have any problems, but just in case he would warranty my driveway for a year if I had any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that he had splashed sealant all over my garage door, siding, and retaining wall. Two weeks after he seal coated my driveway, the rubber lifted up on one of the cracks (because it wasn't prepped properly) and I reached out to him to have him come fix it. He was short and rude with me and it's been a month now and he's still has not fixed it. I will not be using his services again and do not recommend his business. Also, I've had my driveways seal coated multiple times, but whatever product he is using tracks black residue all through my home.
