Completed in August of 2006, the Petersburg Community Cold Storage provides freezing and holding capacity for local seafood processors, commercial fishermen, and direct marketers, and storage of frozen product for restaurants and grocery stores. The PCCS is capable of freezing up to 75,000 pounds of product in 24 hours, and can hold up to 500,000 pounds of product at -10F. The facility also has ice, totes, bait, and pallets available for sale. This is a public facility and open year round...
