I can highly recommend the owner, Ernie, and this business. He has fixed two hot tubs for me and they work perfectly. His fee was very reasonable and you can order the parts yourself if you want so you know you are not paying retail plus. Ernie shows up to his appointment on time and explains everything he is doing. He will keep in contact to let you know his schedule. He has been able to respond to issues within the week. Many hot tub repair services only want to service the tubs they have sold. Aquaclear does not have that restriction. What more can you ask? He covers the Lake Tahoe, Reno and Fernley areas. I think you will be happy if you give him a call. He also provides routine maintenance if you are looking for that.
