I went to Vickie to have upper and lower eyeliner and I could not be happier! I had gone 8 months ago to a place in Henderson for the same thing, but it looked like I had it done 5-6 years ago. Vickie was very professional and supportive. She did an awesome job and I am very happy with the results. Vickie was referred to me by my GF who had also had the same thing done and it looked so great that I went to Vickie too. She has a lot of years of experience in permanent make-up application and it is very evident in her work.
