Recently Five Star Gaming bought a small local bar on the corner of Boulder Hwy and Palo Verde. Most of the customers welcomed this with open arms. The bar needed a face lift and opening the kitchen back up was exciting. Although the burning candles, the fufu flowers on the tables and the oversized trees in the bathroom are a little too much for a little tiny local bar like this the face lift and kitchen were still a welcome site. What I witnessed during the re-model was astonishing to say the least!!!!! Jim and Stephanie are far from professional people in any form of the word. While one visit to the bar I watched Jim tell his maintenance employee " You are so stupid and I should take you out back and beat the f*** out of you". On another visit I witnessed Stephanie telling one of the bartenders " Did I ask to hear your Fu***** voice". These are just two examples of many during the re-model. Your company say's without our customers we have nothing. If that were actually the case Jim and Stephanie would not be allowed to continue to 86 loyal customers at will. I think in the past week the only customer the has not been 86 ed out of the bar is the only customer that has been 86ed out of every bar within a five mile radious of this bar. My last comment is, for a company of this size you should be ASHAMED to allow this to continue over and over in each and every new bar opened by the team of Jim and Stephanie. It's wrong on so many different levels!
