I used a company other then Shepherd to service a unit from me. That company told me that my furnace was about to go and that I needed to replace a bunch of parts. I waited and waited (5 years), no failure. I called Shephard to service the same unit and they told me my furnace was in great shape, it'll last for ever.
Based on this show of ethics, I have used Shepherd several more times on different projects and have referred them to friends.
