ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I have done business with Mark and Jamie for over five years. For business services and for personal services. As a business owner, Mark's sage advice is invaluable. He has not only saved me a tremendous amount of time and money for my business and for me personally as well. Customer service is top notch. (And many of my associates over the last 25 years would tell you that is my highest priority). He taught me how to print the most inexpensive copies of invoices or forms through his services so he could then fax them to my clients for me. Many other places would just let you muddle about on your own and rack up computer time charges trying to download files from the internet.
I don't live in Dallas. Commute every day from Portland. Have used many services up there over past 25 years. But I now use Mark and Jamie's Postal Connections business for all my professional service needs: copying, faxing , printing and shipping.
Over the years I have learned that if you walk into a business with a bad attitude you will probably leave with a bad attitude... no matter how exceptional the service is. You always leave as you came in. I always leave Postal Connections with a smile. As a customer, I have seen many other people over the past five years leave with a satisfied smile as well.
