Mountain Mental Health is the Private Practice of Christopher Old, MFT, LPC, NCC and provides individual, couples and family counseling. When you want to feel differently or you want stronger relationships and your attempts to make change are not working, frustration can build. Struggling with these challenges on your own can be overwhelming. I help people understand what is happening in their lives so they can create the change they want and deserve. My objective is to help you reach your goals. The process begins with understanding the current situation and helping you define or express your goals for change. Next, we make a plan, take action and create that change. I am your partner throughout that process. Sometimes just talking alone may not seem like enough. In those cases, I specialize in using Adventure Therapy techniques to create experiential activities that help clients learn, change and meet their goals.
