Don't do business with them. I am on a small volunteer department and we tried using them for getting refurbished packs and bottles and they screwed us out of 2500.00 dollars. We were supposed to get 7 packs and we ordered 7 new bottles with them. They only sent us 2 new bottles and not the other 5. We paid for all 7 but they wont reimburse us the extra money or give us the bottles we paid for. Also one of the packs we bought almost got one of our firemen killed in the first fire we used it in because it malfunctioned in the fire. So I am telling everybody I now not to do business with this company.
