I needed a short video for my restaurant made and hired Don Mills and his team. The 35 second video they created was very poor quality and was not able to be used. It took them 5 weeks to get it to me. I asked for editing and changes and the designer told me it would be more money even though our contract stated I had final approval of the video. I hired someone else and they had the job done in 1 week and it looks great. Do not hire Sound Ideas

This was the silliest company I have ever called. I thought it was a real business but it is just some old guy operating out of a shed in his backyard. The dog almost bit me. More alcohol in the "office" than paperwork and the owner smelled of it. No thanks to this company -Sound Ideas Advertising - worst experience ever!
