Watch out for Southwest Recovery LLC. They came to our store (Incredible Thrift) to recover a vehicle that a dying donor left in our care (in writing). They took the vehicle with our Computer and all our Organization Records (We employ homeless youth). They also got our youth camping equipment, a recently donated Rolex Watch (documented), our registered license plates, registered library books, receipts with our credit card numbers on it and much more. They said more than 4 times that they would return items but have not done so. We have called the Police, Attorneys and Great Southern Bank with each one saying they have no right to keep our property yet almost a week later we still do not have our Critical/Sensitive Valuables and records! I can only conclude that they are shady and dishonest operators and should be careful not to do business with them.
