thomas mowrer will install used merchandise, and when it falls apart upon start up, he is already at the bank cashing your check. he will never call you back, nor will you see your money. so far court tv, BBB, and small claims court are all you have to look forward to. When I purchased a horribly broken Spa from Thomas Mowrer he told me he owned ABC Spa Repair. Thomas took me for $2000, on a Hot tub that was all screwed together to look great but turned out to have every problem a hot tub cab =n have from leaking, to a burned out controller board, to inability to get filters for it then on top of it he installed two breakers in my box to nominally provide the 220 volt 20 amp and 30 amp needs for the Wikins controller and he hooked it up with NON CFGI breakers, that were single leg 120 volt breakers to start with. I purchased the $400.00 correct breakers only to learn that the controller box was totally shorted out. After removing every component from it one by one it still blows the 30 amp breaker, and no one anywhere will work on a Wilkins controller. He had the Gall to charge me 100 for these NON CFGI breakers as well as another $100 to install them. Probably a good thing it didn't work as it would have killed us had it actually run as it had no protection for the occupants in the tum. He fixed a leak in the tub and said it needed 24 hours to set up which gave him time to leave and never return a call again.And the jet he replaced STILL leaks! If you are affiliated with this guy you have a problem, and if not he is using your name to do this con game of his. I am now into this hot tub $2600.00 and it is ready for the dump as far as I can tell. Check him and your company out on YP.
