Mr.
turner took all the money from this fixed income couple, did a bit of the work,not well, and then called to say he had decided not to complete the job. Left a huge mess in the yard as well. Communication was poor, often not returning a call or answering a call, and usually did not show up even when he said he would. Job was to take 5-6 days, and after 9 months (!!!) he stopped working on it, so after over a year, it's not done.
