Not a fan. I am trying to gift Custom Audio one more chance to stand by their work, but so far they are simply yelling thru the phone and refusing to be in my opinion, honest. I should have trusted my gut when, from the beginning, they were sketchy. I took my Tige boat to them with interference issues and after being there 5 hours they told me the stereo itself would not come on? It was just one 2 weeks ago. So now I have more than an interference problem. I take them a brand new marine amp and still they find a reason to ask me to purchase up to two more amps from them because this 4 channel one is too big. Really? After driving into town and waiting 1.5 hours, after they tell me a finish time, I take the boat home (15 minutes later) to find that the stereo is cutting off and on. $272 later they say too bad, so sad. Would not recommend. Service recovery is a lost art.
