Do NOT use TOM Partridge for septic design! I used him several years back to design our septic system. That part was fine but when I tried to as a few questions (via email) about the system he installed to be able to rebuild my house that burned in order to care for my terminally ill father and mother he became irate. He asked me to call him, I asked when would be a good time, and because I was unable to call him at his designated time (due to a previously scheduled customer presentation) he told me he "would no longer work in my project". I had a meeting cancel the morning I received his response so I called him to explain and apologize if I had inconvenienced him in any way. He literally yelled at me to "shut up". When I tried to explain that I had back to back meeting yesterday and my fathers surgery was rescheduled and had to coordinate that yesterday, he screamed at me saying "I don't give a f--- about your father or your problems". I calmly asked him not to speak to me that way. He continued. I apologized for not being able to call yesterday, even though there was no agreed upon time. He said I was "pestering him" , which I had no idea three emails was pestering, but apologized for that as well. He screamed at me an told me he did did "not accept my apology" and told me to "go to hell". Very interesting given I offered to pay him for his time and for his advice. I don't know what has happened to him in his life, but that is not how you talk to people or how you do business. I was VERY a respectful and did everything possible to accommodate his request for a call but simply couldn't make the time he offered. The only reason I was able to call when he emailed is because I had another call cancel. This is just life. Nothing was runs or remotely disrespectful on my side, what so ever. I have now worked with Suzanne at Wukasch Designs and she is AMAZING and very professional! I highly recommend her.
