I ordered my first time from Caden Lane. A matching mother robe and baby gown. The mother robe was on back order for Mid May. It is May 27th, the shower is June 6th. I have emailed three times and keep getting the same automated response to check the order details for Backorder date. I wish I could get a real response and maybe complimentary express shipping since we are now end of May and nearing June! A little disappointed in the lack of communication.

DO NOT BUY HERE. I ORDERED 2 ITEMS AND DIDN'T RECEIVE THEM AFTER INSISTING IN EMAILS AFTER EMAILS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THEY FINALLY REPLIED AND SENT ME THE SECOND ITEM ONLY TO OPEN IT AND IT HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAME THAN WHAT I ASKED FOR. ALL WHILE THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE WAS BEING RUDE. AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT OR GIVE ME A REFUND. I DON'T HAVE THE OPTION TO PUT PICTURES HERE BUT I WOULD IF I COULD!
