ZERO STARS ----- SHOP ELSEWHERE I went in a few weeks ago and got help ordering new uniforms for a new job. The staff assist me in selecting and trying on uniforms for fit. When we were finished, they filled out the order form for me to sign. Yesterday when I got my order in, I took them home and tried them all on. one of the pants did not fit. I returned today to exchange the pants for the correct size, they said they could not. They had not been altered in any way. I showed them that I had not washed them or removed any tags and that they could literally hang them on a rack and sell them and just hand me the correct size. She said they would not. She said I signed the order form approving all quantities and sizes. I reminder her she helped me and filled it out. She said she would not refund or exchange anything. I had just selected an additional uniform to purchase and placed it back on the rack and thanked her, but told her I would no longer do business with her. With policies like this, I would suggest you do business at a different company that is more understanding and helpful.
