Online reviews seem to be always bias. At least Manta should allow a responce from the owner.

I called to order a part on a Thursday to arrive on Friday or Saturday. When it didn't arrive on Saturday I called and was told it would be looked in to on Monday and followed up on. When I didn't hear back I called late Monday afternoon only to be told we don't know if the part is even in stock or shipped would you like to cancel the order? Yes, cancel the order, and thanks for wasting my time. I ordered the part from Amazon. Then Monday night I get an email saying it shipped and I was billed. The staff was unreasonable, demanding, and unwilling to admit any fault, so I explained the situation to my credit card company which reversed the charge.
Instead of getting upset with me, the customer, over your mistake, you could look at this as an opportunity to evaluate your customer service. If you had just followed up on Monday like you said you would, found out the item had in fact shipped, I would not have minded the slight delay as it was still faster than the week to ten days offered by Amazon. But you didn't. You dropped the ball on several occasions and even had the audacity to say "go ahead and post a review any publicity is good publicity." Well if I had read your existing reviews I would have never ordered the part from you in the first place.
The customer isn't always right, but the customer is always the customer.

THE WORST !!
Red Roberts is spot on. Griggs sent me the incorrect part then treated me as if I did something wrong. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Their favorite reply is to tell you how much business they have and don't need yours. Apparently we are not the only two. Check out their Better Business Bureau "Customer Complaints" AND "Reviews" tabs.....
