I've been doing martial arts since 1984. My objective is to teach people of all ages how to improve their lives through the martial arts.

We do this through teaching not only how to punch and kick, but by being courteous and respectful to each other while building confidence and self-esteem. Communication is extremely important. As true practitioners of the art, we use fighting as a last resort. We work hard and have fun. CMA does multiple demos, presentations, and charitable fundraisers every year.
