Doug and his staff are excellent....they solved my a/c problem efficiently and at a minimal cost. Other a/c companies quoted very high dollars for repairs. Cuccos A/C made the repair and had the system cooling in about an hour for a much lower cost than others quoted. I highly reccomend Cuccos A/C and will use them exclusively in the future......A+ company.

We stumble upon this great company by accident. I have never gotten such quick, professional, honest, polite and friendly service from a company from an internet ads.Their unbelievible reasonable service call fee is what maded me call. Oh how pleased we were. I called around 6pm about 6:45 Chris LaValley the company's lead HVAC tech was at our home. He was knowledgable and accurate with his diagnosis. He fixed our air condition problem and gave us tips on the maintenance of our unit . Thanks Cucco for being an outstanding company.

I would like to thank Chris and the receptionist at Cucco's AC and Heat for the prompt and professional service they both provided. I got home about 6 pm from a hot day at work to a house about 90 degrees due to my AC not working. I am not familiar with AC units so the next morning I called around for an AC repair company. I talked to the receptionist at Cuccos and said i needed someone to check my AC unit. She replied she could get someone there in three to four hours and I told her I needed someone sooner because I was already late for work. The receptionist said she was sorry for my inconvenience and sent someone directly over. Chris showed up 15 mins later, repaired my AC and I was off to work.
