Sloppy and Rude. You can tell how your experience will turn out by how you are treated on the phone or as you enter the store. This store (at Bangor Mall) fails completely on all fronts. a ZERO in a 1 -10 rating. Sorry dude's, no business from me, or anyone I talk to.

I contemplated the perfect tattoo for over 2 decades before coming up with a design I loved. I previously had set up an appointment at another tattoo parlor in Bangor to have the design drawn.I drove from Franklin to Bangor just for this appointment. I was told the artist was not in that day, he had his daughters graduation he forgot about! SERIOUSLY? How do you forget your daughters graduaution first and foremost? Then why would you not contact your customer to let them know they had to cancel? Strike 1 2 & 3 your out! So when I was in the Bangor Mall I saw Kokopelli's went in, told them what I wanted and got it drawn up. Though it wasn't the image I had imagined ( I am not a good visionary), I decided I would go for it. I am really glad I waited all those years to find the right tattoo artist! My tattoo is awesome! Luke really knows what he is doing and I like the other people that work there! Excitedly waiting to get my next 2 tattoos done there. I highly recommend Kokopelli's!

My friends and I came in together to get piercings and had a great time. Don't let the fact it's in a mall deter you. The place is super clean, equipment is open right in front of you and the employee's are super nice. also bonus thumbs up because when I was paying the register was acting up so they had to cancel the transaction and start again, upon inspecting my bank account a few days later (i always check it periodically) I noticed a double charge. Sent them an email and they told me to bring a bank statement in and i'd get the extra money refunded. Sure enough I did. they were super friendly about it, I was in and out in less than 5 minuets. Great people, great customer service. :)
