There is no cost to the employer. Worksite unlike the competitors does not over spend the employee's payroll. We stay at one hour of weekly pay. We also present a Total Compensation Report to the employee and employer so the empoyee gets to see what benefits he is really receiving from his employer. The competition (Aflac) does not do this.
