My daughter is having a bad experience with AE. The photos were decent, but the website advertises an "entire session" CD, which they ordered. It contained 37 photos. No response from AE to resolve the issue of the photographer deleting 80-90% of the session photos before producing them on an entire session CD. Decent photos, but poor service in response to an unhappy customer.
