BIG M A/C’S & COIL CLEANING SERVICE. 214-709-1200 Hi my company is a local service provider We clean air conditioning units in homes in the area so that as the summer heat increases you are not put in a bind as the coils in your system get dirty they lose efficiency and cost you more to run your equipment When they were new they worked with no problems and were very efficient but now with them being older and the seasons changing, the cotton wood pollen and environmental pollution they need maintenance semi annually So when you call us you are a priority not just a number on a list we provide the best service at a fair price. Our crew has been trained in the best method of cleaning your system by certified and state registered HVAC Service Technicians. We hope you will take the time to read some of the information we have found to help you understand why you need to have your coils maintained yearly You may ask how it will help. Well do you have an allergy to dust or do you have a higher electric bill this year or perhaps is your outside unit past its warranty Well we can tell you that as your unit works and the temp rises it works harder and uses more electricity FACT: EPA STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT A BUILD UP OF .042 INCHES OF DIRT ON A HEATING OR COOLING COIL CAN RESULT IN A 20% DECREASE IN EFFICIENCY.
