EvergreenChoice has helped imrove the life of my dad tremendously. He has lived alone forawhile and is in the early stages of alzheimer's :( he was definately in need of help due to his forgetfulness. I called about 7 NY agencies and narrowed the interviews down to 3 companies. EvergreenChoice seemed the best of the 3 so I deceided to give them a try. What a wonderful "choice"! The woman that made the assessment said she would be very careful about the match because that was crucial. She was right. The choice she made was perfect. My dad is safe, his environment is safe. I had to write this recommendation about Evergreen Choice Home Healthcare. I have used this company for my mother for 2 years now with no problems. My mother had a heart attack while her caregiver Della was there. Without Della to call 911, my mother probably not be alive today.
She came to visit every day at the hospital and now she is home safely.
Luckily, EVergreenChoice puts a notebook in each person's home that shows all of the medication everyone takes with daily notes. That book went with my mom in the ambulance and the Emergency Room was so impressed that one of the nurses uses that company now for her own father. Now that's a good recommendation.
