Justin negotiated a new home on one of his Legacy owned lots with us. As our home was being sold in California and we reached out to Justin on several occasions to obtain paperwork and forward our deposit he did not respond to numerous email, text and phone calls. Several days later he emailed saying he had decided to go another direction with the lot and we were left without a lot or a builder in addition to our current home. Zero transparency and honesty, buyer beware.
