My fiance called these people for slow running drains in a rental house she owns. With absolutely ZERO actual inspection they told us we need to replace the main drainage pipes under the house. They said the inside of the pipes were collapsing from rust and age and this was why we had slow drains. They gave us a quote of almost $700 and said this was a major job requiring the removal of large sections of pipe from under the house. WOW! They did not inspect the pipes, snake the drains, or anything. I guess they used xray vision. We called another plumber and asked him to snake and flush the drains. He removed a clog of hair and everything works great. By the way...the snake did not have any bits of rusted metal from the collapsed pipes ! Do not use these people. They cannot be trusted.
