The owner was abrasive and rude after a third party vendor failed to properly submit a work order. I was made to feel as if it were a major problem that I showed up to the scheduled appointment. The owner took his anger at the vendor out of me because I was the one standing in front of him. Zero friendliness or customer service. I would NOT recommend.
