Don LLoyd's phantom company. His service can be described as unprofessional, rude and representative of a low-level company of suspicious behavior. I am in the process of submitting formal complaints to various state and federal authorities and producing a mass alert to the community to shed light to his modus operandi.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This company is a FRAUD! I had a heating/ac unit installed by this company and haven't been add to reach them. The same day after installing my ceiling was leaking both in my bedroom and dining room. When I called Mr. Lloyd he informed me that it wasn't his company's fault. What a bunch of BULL! He was out of town and was supposed to call when he returned, that was back in JULY! We attempted to turn the unit to heat today and guess what, NO HEAT! I agree with other users, I am in the process of filing complaint with the Professional COntractors and everyone else that I can think of. People work to hard to have companies like this not be responsible for their work! RUN THE OTHER WAY!
