We contracted this business to replace our roof after Hurricane Sandy damage. Due to a Home Owners Association issue we had to wait for approval for replacement. Before we were able to contact them with the HOA approval they went ahead and repaired the roof while we were at work. However, we PAID IN FULL for replacement. We were promised a refund. Its been several months and countless phone calls. Neither Thomas or Robert has returned our phone calls. They owe us approximately $5,000...difference between cost or repair vs. replacement. Our insurance company is possible seeking lititgation which would involve triple damages under state law.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. A total lack of HONESTY & INTEGRITY!
