In the Christian faith the word "Trinity" is synonymous with the divine union of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in one God. The owners, who are local residents, were inspired to open a Christian retail store that would cater to the diverse population of the community. In 2007 Trinity Christian Stores (TCS) opened its first location in Raeford, North Carolina. In 2008 TCS relocated to the Wal-Mart shopping center on Raeford Road in Fayetteville. In addition to carrying products by major authors and recording artist, TCS also strives to promote local authors, recording artist, and publishers.
