This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Eric was rude and the work was horrible, nothing like the website. I spent over $500 and was very disappointed. Eric even yelled and got began cursing because I expressed my displeasure. I would not EVER recommend this company.

In our time of need they were there for us, very understanding and the printing was wonderful, our memories will last forever, and they didn't try and take advantage of us, the pricing was very fair.

When we had an untimely death in our family, we could not have chose a better company to help us during that difficult time. The customer service was noteworthy and Mr. Norton was professional, patient and understanding. Those are qualities that you do not find anymore in businesses today. He was even available for us in the evening and on weekend. My grandmother's program was outstanding and the pictures of her were clear and very exquisite. I have and would recommend Beloved Memories to all that want a beautiful program to celebrate the life of their deceased loved ones.

Horrible experience. Very rude owner. Over charged me. Would not recommend this business to anyone....especially during a time of loss of a loved one. There are other places who can do the job and with compassion and for less.
