I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the fine work you did on my car. It is running better than ever before. And I wanted to thank you for fixing some loose wiring you located under the hood. It wasn’t JUST your professional repair job that impressed me. It was more than that. You and your helper arrived on time and offered me prices on the labor and the part I needed that was very competitive. No, that is not saying enough.
