Community supported facility providing education to the public on peace, nonviolence, democracy, social justice and sustainability. Bilingual programs The Center maintains a free lending library of books and DVDs on government and history, world affairs, social and political issues. The walls of the Center provide a gallery space for local artists and artists who are addressing social concerns. A nonprofit organization, it is run largely by volunteers and is supported by donations from people in the community.
