This business is not run professionally. I have paid off the balance on my husbands headstone for over a year (over 13 months ago) and am still waiting for it to be placed on his grave. I have patiently waited while Mr. Torres went through vehicular breakdowns and couldn't meet with me, his wife having a baby, his assisting in the raising of the children, because his wife was not well after childbirth, family members deaths, personal events, even Mr Torres telling me he was working on someone else's tombstone because they had taken so long to pay him and had finally paid it off so he was rushing on that. Like it was a fault to have worked so hard to pay him as soon as possible to get the job done. Mr. Torres, is very hard person to get a hold of and does not return calls. He would ask me to call him and remind him because he was very busy and had too many things on his mind. He finally stated that he would have it done by last Friday, March 29th, then when I called him to see what happened, he said he would have it done by Tuesday, April 1st, 2014. WELL TODAY IS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2ND AND I WENT DURING MY LUNCH HOUR, AND THERE IS NO HEADSTONE YET!!!!! Mr. Torres is not a man of his word, does not respect grief and does not know how to conduct business. I did give him an extra month, because I had made the mistake of telling him which side of the stone, my husbands grave was on and which side mine was on and he had to reorder the stencil to mark the stone.
