Haven't kept you up to date on the remodeling of my house. I am so upset and stressed out! I'll let you in on the details when i see you, but the bottom line is written in the "review" I posted on CNC Flooring's site. I am posting this so no one else will be treated this way and be as unhappy and stressed out as I have been because I chose them to do the remodeling: I would NOT recommend this company for any project because of their unprofessionalism, poor workmanship, lack of integrity and respect to my husband and i!! We paid thousands of dollars for many remodeling projects of our home and despite our repeated calls and emails (for months) they have yet to contact us! We have been forced to finish projects left did not and because of no response to our request for compensation, (money paid for services not done) other essential projects cannot be started. We have asked for an amicable resolution to this matter which has been ignored. As a business owner for 18 years we are appalled at how our home was left in disrepair and how we were treated!

Chris, Owner of CNC Flooring and Installation was not professional at all. He started carpet installation at my new house about 400 sq. yds of carpet, worked for few hours and took off. No word. Later he sends me a text stating had to walk off. Did not provide true reason. Be careful, it seems like he don't care for his business reputation.
