Contacted Brian on Saturday morning at 8am and told him that my AC went out at my house Friday night. He called me back and within the hour he was at my home. The compasitor went out so he had to go get the new part. He purchased the new part, but instead of getting the same one, he opted to get the better, commercial unit part for knowing that it would work better and last longer. He had our AC back up and running by 11am.
Very timely, very professional and very honest. I highly recommend using him and his company as Brian is very knowledgeable in his profession.
