I want to take this opportunity to thank Antonio for the education and time he took out to explain what Laminate flooring is all about. I was undecided if I wanted ceramic tile or laminate and after speaking with Antonio, I was confident enough to choose Laminate over tile. I had a few people come out to my house in Weston to give me estimates, however, I did not have a comfort level dealing with them. So instead, I went to Antonio's warehouse distributuion center in Dania where I was overwhelmed with the choices, styles and quality of laminate wood flooring he had in stock! There must have been hundreds and hundreds to choose from! Best of all, they were all in stock and at unbelievable prices! The same one I liked in Home Depot for $2.29/sf, I got it there with the padding for just under $1/sf!!!! That's a huge savings! I highly recommend anyone that is in the market for laminate wood flooring to go see Antonio. He can really make it happen. I can not express enough the gratitude I have towards Antonio. My name is Tyra Baker and I live in Lake Worth. I purchased 1000 square feet of laminate wood flooring from him about 3 months ago. My clothes washer broke and I had a major flood in my house. It ruined my brand new laminate wood flooring that I purchased from Antonio less than 3 months ago!!! I was mortified! I called stanley steamer to see if they could clean it and dry it up. They said that it would have to be removed completely because it would worpe and get full of mold & mildew. They quoted me $2000 to remove the flooring alone! I was so desperate that I almost made that mistake in hiring them. That is, until I called Antonio for his advice. He was very empathetic and suggested instead of spending the $2000 to have the flooring ripped up and end up with no floors, he would send his crew to come back out and not only remove the flooring, but replace and install the new laminate wood flooring, padding & moldings for $.50/sf!!!! I got everything done for $500!! That was unbelievable! I can not get over this guy! I don't know too many people that would do such a wonderful and kind gesture!!!! Antonio is a truly amazing person. I have referred many people to him and everyone is very happy with their floors! He has the best selection and prices around. Antonio, I would like to take this time to thank you for your excellent business service. The way you honor your clients; is what we are missing today in most businesses in America. It was at the end of May that I was in the market to buy flooring for my new condo. Looking for a great deal, I found your company. The pricing seemed unreal. To good..to …be true. I went to your warehouse and chose a Pergo flooring. Your policy was cash. I was not to comfortable because he had to hold my flooring for four weeks; and in this economy was a big risk to me! While I was there solidifying the deal, many customers that was present re-purchasing flooring verified Antonio s business attributes and service. I felt a peace and I couldn t wait for the job to be completed. Upon moving into my condo; starting renovation I found mold. There would be a delay and I had no idea how long. I called Antonio crying; he was so compassionate and real, he stated no problem. He stated that he can hold the flooring or reimburse me the funds. I had a good inside feeling from this man, Antonio.
