To start off, things were great with the Sales rep, after that is where it all went down hill. First, they must not do background checks on their installers. I had 2 installs. Both were not what what was expected with incorrect equipment. Installer had drunk GF ride with him and hang out in the house as he installed which was not the bad part until she started cussing him out and bragging about the stealers and how much she can drink. Again. Both houses incorrect equipment and not done 100%. I talked to their office multiple times. They finally send a tech to one house. Again. Promised to fix and replace equipment aka upgrade. Also the tech said the owner needs to see this and told me I would get a call and a visit. He called owner. Came back inside and said that the owner will pay for wall damages caused by their tech and upgrade equipment. To this day, MONTHS passed btw, STILL no repairs, no correct equipment and only received phone calls to pay the bill which I was told that the service don’t start til we are 100% satisfied. Too much phone tag and we have had nothing bud negative experience with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone anymore. I will also place this review on every review option out there in existence. Also, FYI this is the shorter and nicer version.

warning thompson satellite are scammers don't give these guys your social security number and credit card. someone knocked on my door I signed up for directv and I get to my social security number and credit card the young gentleman that help me name with will.I receive my ty hookupwas very ecstatic and happy to have satellite finally.charges begin to show up on my credit card shortly after that. items wear purchase with my credit card and delived two a 2 story home I will not say the address.am in contact the local police and helping me look into this matter . Dont get scam!!

This company did a good job with selling and installing Dish at my place. I usually look up companys before and asked about the other review here. Was just a disgruntled employee. Decent local business. nice to have local service and a local number to call
