Beckles is featuring in Black History, as being the first African-American Vice Principal, with his father as Headmaster (Prinicpal) Beckles is featuring in Black History, as being the first African-American Vice Principal, with his father as Headmaster (Prinicpal) of the first all Black Private School (C.A.I Academy, later called Aiken Academy) in Aiken County (1991-2003).
