Mental Health Counseling

I specialize in working with children ages three and older, adolescents, and their families. My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. While treatment is tailored to each client and their family, I frequently use interventions grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. I also help families improve communication and problem solving skills.
