Everyday I can call upon the insights and tools Rebekka has provided me with to navigate through whatever comes up in my life. She is compassionate, wise and insightful. Working with her has been life changing for me. I can recommended her without hesitation.

Five stars. Rebekka is extremely professional, calming, and focused in each session. She is a consummate listener when exploring your goals, with a very supportive voice. She helps you to move towards your own improvement and has solid advice across these sessions. She asked me what types of noticeable improvement I would need to have to feel a type of measurable success after the first session. This happened! She also realistically informed me about possible backsliding, which happened for a while, too. Re-listening to sessions is important, and they all cumulatively help. On balance, the final results were very strong. I highly recommend her.

I cannot praise Rebekka enough! She has helped me succeed with a challenge that has dogged me for so long. Her approach and follow up is second to none. I highly recommend her.
