Matt Carter has been working with my husband and I for a year, and he really does a great job. His routines are varied and the right intensity, we leave feeling like we have worked but we are not so sore that we can't move. Matt is very very well informed and has helped with our balance and muscle.
The only problem is we don't always do what WE are supposed to do regarding diet!!
I would highly recommend Matt.
