We set up workout programs for the public, corporate (small and large businesses) schools and churches. Having a mobile fitness business has helped us to expand our business. We offer personal training, group fitness classes, and lunch and learn programs for any ages. Our goal is to help the public get into better shape by meeting with us in person, on the web or through exercise dvds and cds. We want to make a difference in people's lives. Contact us today!
