I have been a therapist in the Eugene/Springfield area for the past 8 years, working with individuals, families and children. My work with clients is based on a systemically oriented family therapy model. Whenever possible, I seek to work with the entire family unit, and at the same time provide individual services for the identified client. Using a strengths based model, I emphasize the positive attributes of the client's life, helping to identify what is working, while at the same time attempting to bring about change in the less productive areas of life. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with a wide variety of clients and issues. However, my passion remains helping children and families to navigate through the obstacles that life throws at all of us.
