Specializes in transportation spend management through negotiation of FedEx, UPS and DHL agreements, transportation software and analytics/reporting. Through stringent analysis of present shipping patterns, a proven request for proposal (R.F.P.) framework, traditional consulting practices, third-party negotiating and ongoing data analysis, clients realize an average reduction in shipping expenses of 42% through the initial project. Additional savings and optimization are realized through use of analytic tools delivered over the Web. Compensation of professional fees is based on a performance-contingent model; fees are only due if savings are realized and fees are paid out of the savings obtained. The gain-share model provides a means for project payment without new budgeting or expense allocation.
