Worst ever! I will go on every website to leave a review on the horrible customer service. Crappy product that I have owned less than a year. I would rather buy a new vacuum every month rather than ever buy a Kirby. Mine has caught on fire... I call 2 managers and never get a return call or excuse after excuse.
