Work it, Girl Dance Fitness was created for women by women to provide a motivating, supportive, empowering place where women can work out. We specialize in Pole Dance, Pole Fitness, Pole Parties and Chair Dance classes. We also offer personal training, Zumba®, Flirty Girl Fitness® Booty Beat®, (Hula) Hoop Dance, Dancing Divas, EndZone Tone with weighted pom poms, and much more. We have no membership fees.
